Ashley Williams comes to Triangle Home Crew Realty with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Property Management world of real estate. She strives to provide home buyers and sellers with a professional, responsive, and highly attentive level of service and truly desires the best for her clients. Because of her experience in property management, she has seen first hand the lack knowledge that many first time home buyers have and has made it her mission to bring change by assisting them and educating them through the process of home purchasing, ensuring all of the information and resources are available to guide each client to make the best decision for themselves and their families. It is her most important goal to help her clients succeed in creating a solid foundation for their future. Ashley’s interest in real estate began at a very young age, even before the internet was readily available. Her mom would take her and her siblings to random model homes in the area so she could get interior decorating ideas for their family home. It was then that her desire to have a career in real estate took off! Now, Ashley is an active member of the Durham Regional Association of REALTORS, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS. She is extremely family oriented as a wife and mother of four boys. In her spare time she loves to read fictional books while simultaneously listening to music and watching the Golden Girls!

Janet Green is truly a country girl at heart. Born in Missouri however living the country life in North Carolina for the past 18 years. She has over 8 years of experience in Real Estate. She loves to help others in any way she can. Janet is a hard worker and always goes the extra mile! Her true passion is design. She has a degree from Missouri State University in Graphic Design. When not working, her focus is family. She is married to her wonderful husband of over 20 years and is mother to two high school teenagers that keep her on her toes with all the teen activities. Why did Janet choose to live in NC and be a part of Triangle Home Crew Realty? She said, “Because it’s a beautiful state with so many options of fun for your family to explore.
